From the very early days of Media player for BMW, originally launched in September 2015, MCS has worked closely alongside the system developers to make Media Player the great tool that it is today.
Having, over the last two years, provided many self-installation kits as well as completing a significant number of full installations, you can be confident that our thorough knowledge will ensure a smooth transition to Media Player.
As a BMW Group UK approved integrator for Media Player and Podium, we have three options available. If you are planning to take on BMW and MINI together, please call to see if there are any current offers available.
Option 1 - Retail
Supply only of Media Player (with software, pre-configured) with Network Switch, patch cables, power adaptors and installation guide.
12 months warranty on hardware and off-site support
Option 2 - Enhanced Retail Centre Self Install
Where a Retail Centre is considering using it’s own technical staff* for a Self Install but would feel more confident knowing specific support for this is available, we offer an enhanced support programme. For just £150 MCS will provide any necessary remote access, email and telephone sessions to assist with the primary technical setup of the Media Player server and Apple TVs.
*This service is provided with the assumption that your technical personnel have the proper understanding for configuring your own network appropriately. A simple, brief pre-qualification questionnaire will be used to ensure this option is viable.
Option 3 -
Full Supply & Installation
For Retail Centres still preferring Full Installation or with more extensive needs, such as a requirement for additional displays, please call for a friendly chat and to find out what deals are available.
Fully managed installation of Media Player (with software, pre-configured), network switch, cabling and power adapters
Installation for up to 10 displays
12 months warranty and support included (on site where necessary)
A Retail Centre opting not to proceed with installation after a survey has been carried out will be invoiced £250
